A classic and timeless chocolate chip cookie made with brown butter for a deeper, nuttier flavor. They're thick with a chewy center, crisp edges, and plenty of semi-sweet chocolate that melts into soft pools throughout and on top, finished with a light sprinkle of salt to balance everything out.
